The topic he was asked to speak about was on surviving workplace violence but, instead of from the employer's point of view... from the point of view of you, the employee who may be working in a company where they have little to nothing in the way of safety and protection policies, procedures, training, and counter-measures (and not the same old "Zero-Tolerance"-centric BS that doesn't work against the assailants their policies SHOULD be designed for!)....
...and, the option of leaving to go somewhere else may not be an easy one... even if you could find one of those companies that DOES solid have something solid in place!
